Collective Mindmapping and Socio-technical Complexity

This case study explores the complexity of New York’s mobility system from various stakeholder perspectives. The research question explores the relationship between a resident’s location in the city, access to public transportation, and ridesharing behavior using maps, stickers, and pipecleaners to visualize the psychogeographies of various user demographics.
